Do you install chiller plants and VRF/VRV systems?
Yes. ECS supplies and installs air-cooled and water-cooled chiller packages along with the full chilled-water distribution system — pumps, cooling towers, manifolds and pipework. We also install all major VRF/VRV brands alongside conventional split, cassette and packaged air-conditioning systems, each sized and selected to match your load calculations and energy targets.
Can you deliver cleanroom HVAC for pharmaceutical or hospital projects?
Yes. ECS designs and installs GMP-grade cleanroom HVAC for pharmaceutical manufacturing and healthcare environments — including pressure cascades, HEPA/ULPA filtration, precision temperature and humidity control, and validation (IQ/OQ) support documentation to ISO 14644 and GMP schedule requirements. Do you provide Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB)?
Yes. Every HVAC project ECS commissions includes a formal TAB process. Air and water flows are measured, adjusted and balanced to within ±5% of design intent, and a signed TAB report is included as part of the O&M documentation package at handover.
